Photography Term and Usage Rights

Technology Division is the copyright holder of all images and media generated by its photographers and employees. This copyright is not transferred to any other party without the permission of Technology Division. Technology Division has the right to use any photos and media generated by Technology Division for its own marketing and promotional use.

Real estate clients who use services of Technology Division are granted permission to use related photos and media on electronic and printed form of advertisement for the promotion of client’s property. The agreement is valid for the duration the home or property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without permission from Technology Division. Clients or agents cannot sell or transfer their rights to any media provided by Technology Division to another third party without permission from Technology Division.
