Add-on Photography Services
These are add-on services to above three photography packages.
- Twilight & Sunset Photography Add-on – $175
This an exterior photoshoot ideal for homes with sunset views, lighted landscaping, decks and pool. Photoshoot is scheduled for half an hour before sunset and extends to about half an hour after the sun sets. - Virtual Tour Add-on – $65
This is an add-on service to any photo package. This service adds custom “Single Page Property Webpage” to showcase your listing. Includes photo gallery, google map, with and without agent branding information, social media links, … - Aerial Video Add-on – $65
30+ seconds of final cut edited aerial video of the property. This is an add-on to the “Virtual Tour Package” - Interior/Exterior Cinematic Video – $175
This is cinematic video of the property interiors and exteriors comprising of walkthroughs, b-rolls, and stills synched background music. This can also be combined with Aerial Photos and or Aerial Videos. This is an add-on service to the “Virtual Tour Package”. - YouTube Video Add-on – $25
This is an addon service to the “Virtual Tour Package”. The Virtual Tour is formatted and posted on the popular YouTube video streaming website. This video format is commonly used for postings on social media sites, VRBO, Homeaway, Airbnb.
Miscellaneous Fees
Driving Fee – We service the greater Bradenton and Sarasota areas. We offer free driving for 25 miles round trip from 34207 zip code. Additional miles are charged at $1.50 per mile.
Custom Hours Bookings – Extra fee applies for outside of normal business hour bookings such as weekends, sunrise, holidays, … Call us for a quote for your especial requirements. Our normal business hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday.
Cancelation Fee – We understand that there are instances beyond our control (weather, ailment, … ) that warrants the rescheduling or the cancelation of a photoshoot appointment. We, “Technology Division” reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for a cancellation within 48 business hours of the photoshoot schedule.
